The "Castell" restaurant at Hotel Schloss Schweinsburg offers you fresh, seasonal cuisine from the Saxon region. For example, freshly caught pike-perch fillet grilled in its skin, served with creamed sauerkraut, bacon sauce and small boiled potatoes, or tender beef fillet steak with herb butter, potato gratin and seasonal vegetables. We provide you with fine international and regional wines from our wine cellar.
Currently, we offer our guests a varied weekly menu including two starters, several main dishes and two desserts to choose from.
Of course, we are happy to adapt the dishes to your individual wishes.

During the warmer summer months, you can enjoy breakfast and a romantic dinner in the open air in the picturesque courtyard. The breakfast buffet is either included in the room price (half board or full board) or it is charged at 12.50 Euro per person.
Finish an eventful day in the relaxed atmosphere of the castle's cosy vaulted cellar. The cellar is also perfectly suited for small parties of up to 30 people.
